I went to get a TDAP vaccine at the clinic and Dr Gustavo was so attentive that he went extra miles to call the incharge of the vaccination in Valencia so that I could get the right information and then he administered the right dose. Also, he issued me a certificate that I needed and gave me necessary information about the Centre for Vaccination for International travel. I am grateful for the generosity of Dr Gustavo and the Clinic and will highly recommend to everyone. So far my experience in Valencia says that it's better to go the smaller clinics than the bigger hospitals. You will get better attention and help. I went and was treated by Dr. Alicia Peris, although I was a little afraid because of the reviews I saw, she treated me well, close and explaining things in a way that someone without knowledge could understand them. Although the review was quick, it was similar to other consultations I have gone to. For my part, satisfied with your attention and respect.

I give two stars because other times I have gone, they have treated me well. Today I was in the dermatology consultation with Dr. A. Peris. I have not felt comfortable at any time, he has sent me away in ten minutes, telling me that I am very upset while I explain my problem and that I am speaking very fast, when I normally speak that fast, and more so in a medical consultation than I normally always do. They go in a hurry. I have not noticed her with the slightest interest in investigating my problem, nor has she gotten up to look at me more closely, since I have shown her some photos of what was happening to me two months ago. He tells me that since I am perfect now (which he said while looking at me from afar) that it is simply eczema on the eyelid and that I should take a good look at all the products I use and write them down, when I have told him at least three times that I hadn't taken anything for two months and yet my symptoms had not improved. I have not felt heard or comfortable at any time, and above all, I have not even asked if I wanted anything else. I have been very overwhelmed with this problem for two months and waiting for this appointment, and I left the same as I came in, I have not noticed any interest, and I honestly do not know if what is happening to me has a solution or not, but I have not had the trouble or to get out of the chair, for me it says a lot, when I have told him everything that has been happening to me in these months, that he could have at least inspected me a little, but not even that. And the icing on the cake is getting up towards the exit and asking myself if when I get bitten by a mosquito I get swollen (when it has nothing to do with the reason for my consultation) I tell him no and he answers that then "I can't complain". I'm certainly not going to return to dermatology here, nor to another specialty that I also went to and they didn't treat me well. Now I will have to look for another dermatologist who I don't know if he will solve my problem or not, but at least I hope he gets up from his chair or is more interested in my problem.

I went to the clinic with a polyp on my vocal cords and constant hoarseness. I was practically preparing to have surgery after returning from vacation, but thanks to the previous two months of sessions with Dr. Ana and all the exercises and tools she gave me, the polyp has subsided and I no longer have any lesions. I only have good words for this doctor, kind, close and professional. Without a doubt I would put myself in their hands again a thousand times more.

After calling several times during several days, I ask to make an appointment with dermatology and they tell me that there is no appointment for Dr. Norero for another month because they only have 2 people, the other is Dr. Peris, who with the bad reviews she I have read and seeing that poor Dr. Norero cannot cope with having someone incompetent in this center, I will have to go look for another medical center outside of this town, a shame. By the way, Dr Nadia, a gynecologist, was very nice, although she didn't tell me that for €10 more they would do a check-up, now I would have to pay €70 for a new consultation because she says she didn't know prices, very nice but a scam
